I had a pretty decent post I wrote up on the aircraft during the flight here to Thailand, where I’ve been for the last two weeks. But since I lacked the internet to post it and the fact that my phone just lost the post, I haven’t been compelled to write another one.

Well, I am compelled to write another one… I just wouldn’t know what I would say.
I’m heartbroken.

terrible luck or something awry.

My network card or network stack is pooched. I’ll end up reloading my OS tonight after work. This is seriously the quickest time I’ve ever seen an install go to shit. I’m sure Vista 64-bit didn’t help.

another one.

April 5th, 2009

I came home this morning from Felicia’s house to find my computer still doing a scan for virus’ since last night. That and the increased startup/shutdown times, made me wonder what was really going on. At first I thought it was the fact that I have 14 hard drives connected to my computer and Windows wasn’t too happy with that setup.

Anyways, my computer kept halting this morning every 30 seconds and then free itself for 30 seconds and over and over again. I thought it might be the virus scanner pulling too much resources or something, so I killed to see if that cleared it up. No luck. I then heard ever so quietly in my case a slight thump or a device power surging on and off. Feeling around my case, I found that it was one of my internal 500GB drives (My TV one at that) giving me its last breaths. It still showed up in Windows, but wouldn’t let me access it or even show how full it was.

*sigh* I unplugged it and my computer is finally acting the way it should be for a freshly installed OS. I’m sad to see another hard drive go. I’m only grateful that it was only a backup drive and nothing was lost. Things would be quite different however if I didn’t buy those external drives a little while ago.

8TB’s left.

napping in a parking lot.

April 2nd, 2009

So I went back to work today.

It’s been pretty sweet since we’re building our training lab and taking apart a lot of our old equipment to piece it all together.

Right now after a very long lunch, I’m waiting for Harper in a parking lot as he gets some paperwork checked out. From here, we’re dropping our blues off at Mama-San (Sueko) to get them dry cleaned before next Mondays blues day. Then finally, back to work to continue our project.

how about it?

So I was on XBL just checking out some new content and I noticed this party one of my friends was in…

How about having more diversity in clothes for black people, Microsoft?
Thanks.
